Outside of his business ventures, Adel is a devoted father dedicated to creating a lasting legacy both professionally and at home. His leadership style is heavily influenced by the discipline and resilience he developed during his time in the Canadian Armed Forces, a background he is proud of.
He launched his first business in 2012 while still completing his engineering degree at Carleton University.
