Adonica Hall

Adonica Hall is the Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Covenant Medical Center. With a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, her career is marked by a steady progression from a staff nurse to executive leadership within the Lubbock healthcare system, previously serving as VP of Surgical Services at UMC.

As a Lubbock native, Adonica is deeply connected to her community. She is a proud two-time alumna of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where she earned both her masters degree and doctorate, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to the regions leading institutions.

She built her entire career in her hometown, advancing from a graduate nurse to a C-suite executive.
