Adrianna Ma

Adrianna Ma is the Operating Partner at Index Ventures, responsible for scaling the firms global operations, including finance, HR, legal, and investor relations. With a background as a Managing Partner at Fremont Group and a Managing Director at General Atlantic, she has extensive experience in technology investing. She earned her B. S. and M. Eng. from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

A former colleague described her as one of the most "eclectic and thoughtful people" they have worked with. Born in Beijing, she moved to Queens, New York at age ten. Her personal interests include art, architecture, and the outdoors. She also contributes to philanthropic organizations like the Aspen Institute and the All Stars Project.

She is a member of the board of directors for Applied Materials, a publicly traded technology company, and is also a member of The MIT Corporation, the universitys board of trustees.
