Aishwarya Vhatkar

Aishwarya Vhatkar is a Talent Acquisition Associate at Principal Global Services, specializing in campus hiring. An MBA graduate from IIM Nagpur, she holds certifications in Product Management and Googles Digital Marketing and Analytics. Her prior experience includes a role as a Business Process Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services.

Outside of her professional life, Aishwarya is a district-level Karate champion. She also has experience in public forums, having placed in the top 11 nationally in the Miss Diva Universe pageant. During her undergraduate studies, she held several leadership positions, including Marketing Head and Cultural Secretary, leading over 500 students.

She secured 1st place in a district-level Karate championship and was a national finalist for Miss Diva Universe.
