Ajay Bale

Ajay Bale is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Pfizer, joining in 2023. He leads the companys global HR strategy and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. He previously served as CHRO for Bristol Myers Squibb and holds a Masters degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota.
