He was the first security engineer at CRED, where he established the security charter from the ground up. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
Outside of his formal roles, Akhil is a key member of Team bi0s, Indias top-ranked Capture the Flag (CTF) team. He is passionate about mentoring upcoming talent and helps organize InCTF, a national cybersecurity contest, to develop the next generation of security professionals.
He is a scheduled speaker at BlackHat Europe 2025, where he will present a tool he co-developed called DepConfuse.
