Alencia is a decorated student-athlete at Baylor University pursuing a degree in Business Management. She is a Big 12 Conference Champion and NCAA Championship qualifier in pole vaulting. Her professional experience includes designing and implementing practice schedules and coordinating volunteers for a youth sports program.
Outside of academics and athletics, Alencia is passionate about community involvement. She dedicates her time to working with underprivileged children through sports and volunteers with toddlers at her church. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and being outdoors in nature.
