Alexia Passarotti

Alexia Passarotti is the Director of Operations at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools, where she has built her entire career, rising from a Front Desk Associate. A graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Psychology, she leverages her educational background in her operational leadership role.

Outside of work, Alexia is married to her high school sweetheart and is a mother to three children. She has a clear passion for creative home decor, particularly rustic and farmhouse styles. In her youth, she was active in extracurriculars, including volleyball and school plays.

Unique fact: Alexia has impressively advanced from an entry-level position to the Director of Operations all within the same company.
