Alison Campbell is the Founder of unBurnt®, where she helps COOs and CPOs prevent burnout by treating leadership capacity and stress as operational inputs. A former HRTech executive and Bentley University alumna, she is also a certified health and wellness coach with a focus on workplace wellbeing research.
Outside of her primary work, Alison is a member of the Society of Working Moms and is passionate about supporting this community. She has been described as an engaging and thoughtful speaker who excels at creating psychological safety and fostering open, impactful conversations.
