With a background as a Barrister and Solicitor and an MBA from the University of Oxford, she recently led HCMWorks through its strategic acquisition of SDI, expanding the companys footprint to over 70 countries.
Allison is a passionate advocate for female leadership, actively participating in the Women Presidents Organization (WPO), where she was named to the 2024 #Women2Watch List. She consistently engages with networks that support and celebrate the achievements of women in business, such as the Womens Executive Network (WXN).
She led her company, HCMWorks, in acquiring SDI International and was then appointed CEO of the newly combined, larger organization.
