Alvita values creativity and thoughtfulness, which she applies to her business. She is inspired by stories of perseverance, such as that of Arunima Sinha, the first female amputee to climb Mount Everest, and believes in acknowledging personal strength and hard work.
She left her HR career during the lockdown to launch her own entrepreneurial venture in the corporate gifting space.
