Andrew Lamppa is a business coach and founder of Built to Benefit, drawing on over 20 years of his own business ownership experience. He focuses on helping entrepreneurs create purposeful, people-focused companies. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Cornerstone University and is a Certified Master Insight Coach.
Outside of his coaching practice, Andrew is a husband and father of two. He dedicates time to mentoring minority and female entrepreneurs at the non-profit SpringGR and is deeply involved with Toastmasters International, where he has served as both Chapter President and VP of Membership to foster leadership skills in others.
After buying a restaurant, he tried to sell it five times unsuccessfully before transforming it into a highly profitable business that he sold on the sixth attempt.
