Ankit is the Head of Performance & Rewards for VIVA and other new businesses at Landmark Group. An alumnus of IIM Calcutta and Delhi College of Engineering, he specializes in designing incentive plans like STIs, LTIPs, and ESOPs to drive performance and retention across large organizations.
Outside of work, Ankit is a passionate world traveler who has visited 52 countries. He took a sabbatical specifically to travel, exploring 22 countries across the Americas and Europe. During this time, he ran a travel blog and lived in diverse environments like the Amazon jungle and Patagonia.
