Anshika is a product designer and innovator focused on making complex problems solvable through playful design. Currently a Visiting Scholar at the University of Oxford, she designs games and learning experiences at Elseplay to make STEAM education accessible. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Banasthali Vidyapith.
Outside of work, Anshika channels her creativity into personal projects, like her "Lunchbox" collection of small design and coding experiments built with AI. She is intellectually curious, exploring how ancient creation myths can serve as design playbooks and how to teach young people to reimagine their cities through systems thinking.
She analyzes creation stories from different cultures, like Indias Brahma and Chinas PanGu, as unexpected design guides for the modern world.
