Ashley Sutera

Ashley Sutera is the General Director of Industrial Sales at Union Pacific, leveraging skills in communication, analytics, and strategic execution to drive results. A graduate of Creighton University, she has held progressive leadership roles in marketing and commercial strategy, recently completing the companys transformational Leadership Development Program in 2023.

Outside of work, Ashley is passionate about social causes, particularly those focused on empowering women. She actively supports Friendship Bridge, an organization that uses microfinancing to help female artisans in Guatemala grow their businesses and escape poverty. She also supports local community leadership through the WCA Guild.

She recently served as a panelist at the Liquid Bulk Symposium, sharing her expertise on navigating todays ever-evolving supply chain.
