Beata Dyraga is the CEO of PRODIALOG and a recognized pioneer of corporate wellbeing in Poland, with over 20 years of experience. A graduate of SGH Warsaw School of Economics and SWPS University, she is a business psychology trainer and speaker. People often describe her as authentic and a "volcano of positive energy".
Outside of her corporate role, Beata is a teacher and practitioner of Conscious Presence, integrating mindfulness and spirituality into daily life. She is passionate about personal development, practices yoga, and believes in living in the "here and now, " a philosophy that she brings into her work to help others find inner stability.
She created and launched the concept of corporate wellbeing programs in Poland back in 2002, long before it became a mainstream trend.
