A Thiel Fellow, he previously founded Nohbo in high school, an eco-friendly personal care company. He successfully pitched Nohbo on Shark Tank, securing a deal with Mark Cuban and raising over $11M.
Outside of his entrepreneurial ventures, Benjamin is a licensed private pilot, with experience in both single-engine aircraft and powered paragliding. His early ventures included a coffee subscription service where he donated a portion of the proceeds to the Wounded Warriors Project, showing an early interest in social enterprise.
Interesting fact: Benjamin came up with the idea for his first major company, Nohbo, in his ninth-grade biology class after watching a documentary about plastic waste.
