Beth Covolo

Beth Covolo is a dedicated educator with 35 years of experience, currently serving as the Head of School at Rocky Mount Academy. She earned her MSA from East Carolina University and has a background in public schools before her two decades at RMA. She actively shapes state educational policies through her board memberships.

Beth is deeply integrated into her community, both professionally and personally. She is a mother to three children, one of whom achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. Her role as a community leader is highlighted by her recognition as the 2025 Rocky Mount Distinguished Citizen Honoree, celebrating her lifetime of impact on local youth.

She serves on the Board of Trustees for both North Carolina Wesleyan University and the North Carolina Independent Schools Athletic Association.
