Beth Relich

Beth Relich is the Vice President of Human Resources at KI, where she has built a 35-year career. With a background in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she has held diverse roles in engineering, IT business analysis, and sales operations before leading HR, focusing on talent strategy and retention.

Beth is deeply involved in her community, demonstrating a passion for mentorship and local development. She has participated in various Brown County committees and actively supports local non-profits and youth fundraising initiatives like Team Wisconsin.

In 2023, Beth was named "Most Valuable Mentor" by the Green Bay Packers Mentor-Protégé Program for her work guiding a local tutoring business.
