Blake Erickson is the co-founder of Scaling. com, a company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs achieve exponential growth. A New York Times best-selling author, he transitioned from building eight-figure door-to-door sales organizations to creating frameworks for rapid business scaling. He studied Finance at Utah Valley University and Negotiation at Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, Blake is a dedicated family man, residing in Utah with his wife and their sons. His personal mission is to lead, impact, and inspire people in all aspects of life, including family and religion. This was profoundly shaped by a two-year mission in Peru for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

By age 25, Blake had become a multi-millionaire through his success in sales leadership and strategic real estate investments.
