Bouke de Jong is the owner of Boutique Hotel De Witte Dame, a luxury hotel he established by renovating a historic monastery. Together with his partner, Bouke made a significant life change, moving from the bustling city of Amsterdam to Grubbenvorst to pursue his passion project. He is deeply involved in the hotels operations, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to creating a unique gastronomic and hospitality experience.
