Bouke De Jong

Bouke de Jong is the owner of Boutique Hotel De Witte Dame, a luxury hotel he established by renovating a historic monastery. An alumnus of the Hotelschool The Hague, his expertise lies in hospitality management and entrepreneurship, with previous experience running successful establishments like Bar Restaurant Barca in Amsterdam.

Together with his partner, Bouke made a significant life change, moving from the bustling city of Amsterdam to Grubbenvorst to pursue his passion project. He is deeply involved in the hotels operations, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to creating a unique gastronomic and hospitality experience.

Bouke successfully transformed a locally cherished historic monastery into the high-end boutique hotel he operates today.
