Brett Crockett is the Vice President of Sound Technology R&D at Dolby Laboratories, where he leads global teams in developing next-generation audio technologies like Dolby Atmos. He holds an MS from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and actively bridges the gap between R&D, business development, and marketing.
Outside of his corporate role, Brett is deeply involved in the audio and music industries. He is a voting member for the Grammy Awards and participates in the Audio Engineering Society. He also serves on advisory boards for the Bay Area Science and Innovation Consortium and Rutgers University.
