Brian Geer

Brian Geer is the President and COO of The Mannik & Smith Group, where he has worked since 1998. A registered Professional Engineer, he earned a BS in Civil Engineering from The University of Toledo and is credited with establishing the firms energy sector business. He is also a Lieutenant Commander in the U. S. Naval Reserves.

Brian is a U. S. Navy veteran who deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He is active in his community, serving on the board of the Canton Community Foundation and is a member of veteran groups like the VFW and AmVets. He and his wife have three grown children and two grandchildren.

He was named the Young Engineer of the Year in 2002 by the Toledo Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
