Bruce Grubb is the former City Administrator for the City of Fargo, where he oversaw 18 departments and a budget of over $265 million. An engineer by trade, he rose through the ranks from Enterprise Director, managing major infrastructure projects, day-to-day city operations, and a staff of approximately 1, 850 personnel before his retirement.
He is a supporter of North Dakota State University athletics, holding a membership in the NDSU Team Makers "Bison Club". He has also spoken publicly about the importance of smart growth and encouraging residents to focus on the positive developments within their community.
He has deep expertise in crisis management, having led Fargos monumental flood protection efforts, which included producing millions of sandbags.
