Carl van der Zandt is a Partner at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, where he chairs the Benelux Practice. He specializes in assisting European companies with U. S. market entry, corporate law, and litigation, particularly in the tech and e-commerce sectors. A University of Amsterdam and Cardozo School of Law alumnus, he is a recognized speaker on transatlantic transactions.
Outside of his legal practice, Carl is deeply involved in philanthropic causes. He serves on the Board of Directors for several non-profits, including the Sheltersuit USA Foundation, which supports the homeless, and the American Friends of The Ocean Cleanup, which is dedicated to ridding the oceans of plastic. He also supports the arts through his board membership at a dance school.
He is a former adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law in New York City.
