Carlo Rosso

Carlo is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico di Torino, where he also earned his PhD. He co-founded two university spin-offs, Rotor s. r. l. and GeDy TrAss s. r. l. , focusing on rotordynamics and gear analysis. His expertise lies in mechanical systems dynamics and diagnostics.

Deeply committed to his community, Carlo serves as the Mayor of Monesiglio. He is also a member of the general council for Fondazione CRC and President of GAL Langhe Roero Leader, actively promoting local economic and social development in the Cuneo province.

He uniquely combines a high-level academic and research career in engineering with a public service role as the mayor of his town.
