Carlos Migoya is the CEO of Jackson Health System, where he led a widely recognized financial turnaround, transforming significant losses into sustained profitability since 2011. His career began in banking, spanning 40 years from a teller to a regional CEO, before serving as Miamis City Manager. He holds a BBA from Florida International University.
He is deeply embedded in the Miami community, serving on numerous boards, including the United Way Miami and the Florida Chamber of Commerce. A Cuban immigrant who arrived at age 11, he is passionate about giving back to the community that enabled his success. He is also an active cyclist.
