Caroline Dix MBE
Observer · DISC type ciCaroline Dix is a leader in the UKs defence sector with nearly two decades of experience as a Royal Navy Air Engineer Officer. Educated at the University of Bristol with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, her career highlights include introducing the Wildcat helicopter into service and serving as Chief Engineer at RNAS Yeovilton.
She is a passionate advocate for women in engineering, stemming from a family where both parents and grandfathers were engineers. Caroline volunteers as a board member for the Britannia Association, an alumni network that supports the Britannia Royal Naval College and its members.
She was awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) for her dedicated service in the Royal Navy.
