Chelsea Sanders

With over ten years of experience, Chelsea is the Operations Manager at Outside Source, where she blends creative ideas with practical strategy. She focuses on formulating client and employee engagement plans while writing and editing marketing materials. She holds a Bachelors degree from Purdue University.

Outside of work, Chelsea is a creative writer and editor with a passion for storytelling, particularly within the fantasy, magical realism, and gothic genres. She has collaborated with Indianapolis writers on fiction novels and previously mentored students in writing, editing, and critical thinking.

Interesting fact: In addition to creative fiction, she has edited numerous academic pieces in subjects as diverse as architecture, psychology, and biology.
