Chelsea T. Pernell

Chelsea T. Pernell is a multi-faceted professional serving as a New Construction Team Leader and Sales Agent with Dream Team Realty, a business owner, and a leadership coach. An alumna of Capital University, she is also an experienced Trainer of Trainers with a special interest in helping people develop new skills.

Beyond her work in real estate and coaching, Chelsea is deeply involved in her community as the Founding Pastor of Kingdom Keepers Church. She is committed to service, holding roles such as Board Chairman for Women in Need Ministries and a Family and Community Liaison Facilitator for a non-profit organization.

She is a multi-million-dollar top producer at her realty firm and is also pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at South University.
