He previously served as President and CEO for three Atlanta-area banks. He earned a finance degree from Georgia State University and attended the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.
As a decades-long resident of Sandy Springs, Chris is deeply invested in his community. He previously served on its City Council and holds board positions with the Sandy Springs/Perimeter Chamber of Commerce, the Sandy Springs Civic Fund, and Special Olympics of Georgia. He and his wife, Karen, have grown children.
In his free time, Chris is the drummer and a singer for a local rock and roll band called Yuppie Scum.
