Clare Salmon

Clare Salmon is a seasoned executive with board-level experience at major companies like RSA, Prudential, and Vodafone. At RSA, she served as Director of Strategy, Marketing, and Customer, responsible for brand, product innovation, and corporate affairs. She is a graduate of the University of Cambridge.

Clare is a passionate equestrian and sportsperson, an interest that ultimately guided her career. Following her corporate roles, she transitioned to become the CEO of the British Equestrian Federation, demonstrating a unique blend of commercial leadership and personal dedication to the sport.
