Cody Stace
Commander · DISC type DCody Stace is a Principal Business Structure & Accountability Consultant and Founder of Stace Business Consulting. He specializes in helping leadership teams translate decisions into consistent execution by installing operating rhythms, accountability structures, and performance visibility. He previously founded Stace Logistics LLC and served as an active duty U. S. Marine.
Outside of work, Cody is a father and a Marine veteran. He finds inspiration in his family and his military background, which shaped his approach to discipline, accountability, and leadership. He also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Interesting fact: At 21, right out of the Marine Corps, Cody built a logistics company that "exploded" in growth, allowing him to pay off his parents house and medical bills by age 24.
