Colleen Arnold

Colleen Arnold is a retired IBM executive with a 35-year career, culminating as Senior Vice President of Sales & Distribution. She has extensive experience in global business, sales, and technology services. She now serves as an independent director on corporate boards. She holds an MBA from Syracuse University.

She is a passionate and committed mentor, having advised over one hundred IBMers during her career. In an interview, she mentioned scheduling family events, like her daughters first day of college and her sons first day at IBM, with the same strategic priority as her business meetings.

During her tenure at IBM, she held various global general manager roles and was a member of the chairmans Strategy Team.
