Corinna Hawkes is the Director of the Agrifood Systems and Food Safety Division at the FAO, focused on transforming global food systems. With a PhD from Kings College London, her career includes leadership roles at City, University of London, the World Health Organization, and the International Food Policy Research Institute.
Outside of her official duties, Corinna is dedicated to fostering new leadership and empowering youth. She co-founded the Next Gen(D)eration Leadership Collective to advance womens leadership in food systems and chaired the Board of Bite Back 2030, a youth-led movement working to improve food systems.
She co-founded the youth-led food initiative Bite Back 2030 with celebrity chef Jamie Oliver.
