Daniel McElrath is a Managing Principal at River City Capital Partners, specializing in opportunistic real estate investment and development across Central Texas. A 7th generation Austinite, he has developed over 5,000 residential units and also co-founded a civil construction software business. He holds an MBA from the Acton School of Business.
He is an active member of Austins civic and real estate communities, serving on the Real Estate Council of Austin and the Austin Monitor Strategic Advisory Council. Daniel lives in Austin with his wife, Katie, and their two sons.
