Dasha Smith
Energizer · DISC type IDasha Smith is the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at the NFL, where she is a key advisor on operations, culture, and talent strategy. A graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Virginia School of Law, she began her career as a corporate lawyer before transitioning to executive roles at Sony Music and Time Inc.
Outside of the NFL, she serves on the boards of several educational and arts non-profits, including the National Museum of African American Music and the Dalton School. In an interview, she mentioned her guilty pleasure is listening to true crime podcasts and believes resilience is a key attribute when hiring.
She has championed the expansion and evolution of the NFLs Rooney Rule to enhance opportunities for women and minorities in coaching and executive positions.
