Dasha Smith is the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at the NFL, where she is a key advisor on operations, culture, and talent strategy. A graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Virginia School of Law, she began her career as a corporate lawyer before transitioning to executive roles at Sony Music and Time Inc.
Outside of the NFL, she serves on the boards of several educational and arts non-profits, including the National Museum of African American Music and the Dalton School.
