Dave Megna
Pioneer · DISC type dsiDave Megna is the Senior Vice President of Field and System Operations at WEC Energy Group, where he is responsible for electric and gas service delivery across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. He studied Business Administration at Upper Iowa University and has progressed through numerous operational leadership roles.
Dave is an active member of his professional community, serving on the MATC Foundation Board of Directors since 2021. In this role, he helps support student success and enhance learning at the college, from which he is also an alumnus.
He recently celebrated his 40th anniversary with We Energies and WEC Energy Group, marking an exceptionally long and dedicated career with the company.
