David Freedman

David Freedman is the Manager of PS Energy Consulting LLC, leveraging his expertise as a sustainability legal expert. He previously served as the Program Manager for Energy & Sustainability at the Coachella Valley Association of Governments, where he led key regional energy initiatives and programs.

Davids professional life reflects a deep personal passion for environmentalism. After a long international law career, he dedicated his second career to community-focused sustainability, serving on the Palm Springs Sustainability Commission to help shape local renewable energy and conservation policies.

Before his work in public energy, David spent 30 years as an international lawyer in New York and Paris, specializing in corporate finance for energy and water projects.
