David Scritsmier

David Scritsmier is the President of the Construction Business Unit at Pieper Electric, a company where he has built his entire career. He progressed through the ranks from Project Manager and VP of Operations, showcasing extensive expertise in construction and operational leadership. He earned a BS in Industrial Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

David is deeply committed to community and industry service. He serves on the Corporate Board for Childrens Wisconsin, demonstrating a passion for supporting childrens health. He is also actively involved with the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin, where he has held leadership positions, including board member.

David has dedicated his entire professional career to Pieper Electric, rising from an entry-level position to company president.
