Dean Lin

Dean Lin is the SVP of Physician Services and Chief Strategy Officer at Maimonides Medical Center. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in integrated delivery systems, business transformation, and physician integration, previously holding presidential roles at Rendr and Hackensack Meridian Health. He holds an MHA from UMN and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Outside of his executive roles, Dean is a reflective leader who often writes about finding work-life balance and the importance of listening to the customer. He is an active participant in his professional community, recently engaging with fellow healthcare leaders at the ACHE-NJ 2024 Fall Congress to explore new strategies for improving healthcare delivery.

Unique fact: While at Hackensack Meridian Health, he managed dual executive roles, overseeing a 1, 600-provider medical group and multiple service lines generating over $1. 4 billion in annual revenue.
