His expertise covers infrastructure modernisation, cloud transformation with Azure/M365, and cybersecurity. He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Lancashire.
Outside of his direct responsibilities, Dean is passionate about practical innovation and continuous learning. He actively attends industry events to explore emerging technologies, including the Microsoft AI Tour in London and manufacturing services forums focused on the application of AI in the sector.
He is currently leading a major project to replace network infrastructure that has been in service for over a decade.
