Debbie Fulton is the Director of Nursing and Therapies at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, where she has held progressively senior roles since 2011. Her career includes a variety of nursing, clinical, and operational management positions. She holds a Masters degree from the University of West London.
Outside of her primary role, Debbie serves as a Trustee for Priors Court, a charity-run school and residential placement for young people with autism spectrum disorder. She is passionate about addressing racism and finds inspiration in the personal stories of patients and colleagues.
She is responsible for services across numerous facilities, including those for individuals detained under the Mental Health Act 1983.
