Deborah Caplan is the Managing Partner at Olson, Hagel & Fishburn, LLP, where she leads the firms litigation unit. Her expertise lies in political law, with a focus on conflicts of interest, ballot measures, and ethics. She earned her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and her bachelors from Loyola Marymount University.
Prior to her current role, she was a Professor of Clinical Law at George Washington University Law School and an adjunct professor at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
