Deborah Searle is a dedicated Waste Reduction & Safety Coordinator for Pictou County Solid Waste, leveraging her expertise in environmental education and solid waste management. A graduate of St. Francis Xavier University, she actively leads community outreach and promotes safety protocols. She is also the President of two provincial associations: the Waste Resource Association of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Adopt-A-Highway Program Association.
Deborah applies her background in ecotourism to her passion for preserving Nova Scotias natural beauty. Her career is centered on educating the public and implementing programs that encourage environmental responsibility, reflecting a deep commitment to sustainable community practices and resource conservation.
