Debra McGuire, FASAE, MBA, IOM, CAE

Debra McGuire is the President & CEO of the Private Directors Association®, an accomplished executive with over three decades of experience leading and transforming non-profit organizations. She is a recognized expert in association management and corporate governance, holding FASAE, CAE, and MBA credentials. People who recommend her describe her as deeply thoughtful, collaborative, and innovative.

Outside of her extensive professional commitments, Debra is a former collegiate athlete, having attended Michigan State University on a track and field scholarship.
