With over 15 years of executive experience, he specializes in business development and organizational strategy, previously leading the school division at AMN Healthcare and serving as CEO of E-Therapy. He earned his Bachelors Degree from the University of New England.
Outside of his executive roles, Derek has a deep-rooted passion for basketball and mentoring youth. His commitment to community is demonstrated through his board membership at Junior Achievement of Dallas. He attributes his strong work ethic to the discipline he learned from his time playing basketball.
In 2019, Derek was inducted into the Maine Basketball Hall of Fame.
