Doug Comm

Doug Comm serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at Hancock County Savings Bank, a role he has held since his promotion in 2017. With the bank since 2005 and boasting over 26 years of IT experience, he leads its technological strategy, drawing on his Computer Information Systems degree from West Liberty University.

As a lifelong resident of the area, Doug is deeply invested in his local community. This is demonstrated through his active service as a board member for the Weirton Christian Center, where he contributes to local development and support initiatives.

He has shown remarkable loyalty, having been a cornerstone of the banks technology department for nearly two decades.
