With a PhD from Cardiff Metropolitan University, he focuses on driving digital transformation within the health service, leveraging his extensive background in public health and biomedical science.
Outside of his professional role, he is deeply committed to high-impact volunteering. He is heavily involved with the Royal Life Saving Society, promoting drowning prevention internationally. He also volunteers with local police, leading multi-agency community safety operations and working on patrol.
He was honored with an invitation from HRH The Princess of Wales to Westminster Abbey for his extensive voluntary work.
