Eduardo Moncayo
Eduardo Moncayo serves as the Director of Agricultural Operations for Florida Crystals in Belize. He leads all sugarcane growing operations, including research and development, harvesting, and equipment maintenance. His expertise is built on a foundation of education from the University of Florida and Zamorano Pan-American Agricultural School.
Outside of his core role, Eduardo is passionate about education and community development.
